Limbaugh Commits Prosecutable Treason

Rush Limbaugh has urged a military coup over throw the current government in Washington. That is a prosecutable crime called 'seditious treason' and there is probable cause to indict Rush Limbaugh and put him on trial.

  1. #1    It won't happen. The rich can do anything in the United States and get away with it (except for cheating other rich people; e.g. Bernie Madoff).
Cheney and Bush released the name of a C.I.A. agent, an offense punishable by the death penalty if any poor person had done it. They were not even investigated.

  4. #4    WILL get worse? We've got escalating random shootings every few weeks by extremists now. People are freely arming themselves to the point that there has been a shortage of ammunition in the gun stores. Murderous guns nicknamed "cop killers" are freely accessible as well as the 50 mm guns that can be used to bring down airplanes. If Homeland Security is incapable of putting the lid on it at this point, as seems to be the case, it is WORSE. The only thing evolving is who the assassination targets will be. Perhaps that is what it will take to halt the insanity.

  5. #5    Limbaugh has crossed the line once again. He is an entertainer (EIB--Entertainment in Broadcasting), but that does not justify his irresponsible behaviors which incite the mindless dittohead followers to act on his "leadership"
suggestions. His is treasonous behavior and he must be held accountable in the name of the "sacred national security" so important to the right wingers. It can be said with surety that if this was against the right wing administration, there would have been arrest and prosecution as an enemy combatant. End this Limbaugh behavior before it grows to fruition. It is not surprising that the Secret Service is reporting huge numbers of threats on the life of Pres. Obama? Take Limbaugh down soon.

We don't yet have the police rounding us up in the middle of the night. But that is coming, thanks in part to Obama again backing the renewal of the odious Patriot Act provisions. He gets to decide who remains a US citizen and who gets their citizenship canceled and shipped off to one of the secret CIA prisons around the globe. Once the GOP retakes the Congress next year, watch them force Obama into betraying those who voted for him as proof that he is loyal to the corporatist regime now emerging in Amerika.

  7. #7    This is the RWD (Rich White Dude) exemption. Rich is particularly important, letting you get away with almost anything. W and D may or may not be particularly important depending on where you live.

  8. #8    Its one thing to say someone has committed treason but without evidence any prosecution would be futile. If the drug addict committed treason, where is the link so I can hear his words.

For the record, I don't care for Rush Limbo at all but an accusation is not guilt.

Evidence? Rush is on tape urging that a military coup OVERTHROW the US govt. I call that an open and shut case. Go to FINDLAW and search 'seditious treason'. Or save yourself the trouble. The operative section is quoted entirely in the article.
